Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to your purchases from and use of the website www.kadeso.nl and form an agreement between you and KADESO (trading name of Kwesh Digital). By making a purchase or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please ensure that you have fully read and understood these terms before using our site.

Click the “I Accept” button below the payment information in the checkout process to agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to order products through our site.

1. Confirmation

Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase and pay for a product. All orders are subject to our acceptance. You will receive an email confirmation once your product has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). Only after this confirmation has been sent will a contract between you and KADESO come into existence.

Please save this email to facilitate future contact with our customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of warranty.

The contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

2. Payment

You can pay with credit or debit card. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. KADESO does not store any credit card details.

Card Payment: Pay securely with Visa, IDEAL, AMEX, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your payment is processed by Stripe with secure encryption and according to strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There are no additional charges for card payments, unless your bank charges a fee.

If no payment has been received after placing your order, KADESO may automatically cancel your order.

3. Special Promotions

Boxing Day Promotion 2024

• Validity Period: This offer is only valid on December 26, 2024.

• How does it work? For every 10 orders placed on Boxing Day, one order will receive a full refund. Refunds are selected at random.

• Communication: The winner of the refund will be notified by email within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the order.

• Exclusions: Orders that are returned or cancelled will not qualify for this promotion.

• Abuse Prevention: Attempts to manipulate the system or abuse the promotion will result in exclusion from the campaign.

4. Taxes

All prices on the website www.kadeso.nl are inclusive of VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.

Please note that if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be charged import duties and taxes when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You are responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes. KADESO has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Warranty

We warrant all our products to be free from manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, improper use or storage, abuse, neglect or unauthorized modifications.

7. Privacy Policy

We treat all personal information as confidential and use it only in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our website, you consent to this processing.

8. Product information

KADESO reserves the right to change prices, product information and images without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

9. Delivery and Cancellations

Orders are usually delivered within 4-6 business days. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. The estimated delivery date is stated on the respective product pages.

You have the right to cancel purchases and return returned goods within 30 days of receipt, provided the goods are unopened and in the same condition as you received them.

10. Complaints

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. Report any damage or discrepancies to our customer service within 30 days of receipt. Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of income, loss of profit or loss of data.

12. Use of the Website

The website is provided “as is” without any warranties. KADESO is not responsible for technical problems, incorrect information or damages resulting from the use of the website.

13. Force Majeure

KADESO is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government measures or logistical problems.

14. User Content

User content, such as reviews and comments, may be used by us for marketing purposes. By submitting such content, you grant us a royalty-free license to use it.

15. Reviews

By submitting a review, you grant KADESO the right to use such content worldwide and in any media.

16. Links to Other Websites

The website may contain links to external websites. KADESO is not responsible for the content or policies of these websites. Use of such links is at your own risk.

17. Retention of title

All products remain the property of KADESO until full payment has been received.

18. Fraud

All attempts at fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities. KADESO reserves the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected.

19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the website www.kadeso.nl are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

20. Termination

KADESO reserves the right to terminate your account and/or access to the website for violation of these terms and conditions.

21. Changes

KADESO reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Each time you order a product from us, the terms and conditions applicable at that time will apply.

23. Taxes and International Shipping

All prices on www.kadeso.nl include VAT. For orders to non-EU countries, VAT can be removed at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
