If this does not lead to a solution, you can register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur. Should this still not resolve the issue, you have the option to have your complaint handled by the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision of this committee is binding for both the entrepreneur and the consumer. Costs may be involved in submitting a dispute to this committee, which must be paid by the consumer.
